Baycrown History

Baycrown was established in 1993 with a focus to provide house and land packages in growth areas to create property wealth for everyday people, striving to bring dreams to realities and realising financial independence.

The direction of Baycrown is spearheaded by Managing Director, Tom Van Asperen, who approaches opportunities with an instinctive and analytical mind and with the Baycrown team, creates the best possible outcome for each individual site. To ensure the smooth management of Baycrown, we enlist a small and efficient team to provide support and troubleshooting. We currently have two offices; our head office based in Queensland on the Gold Coast and our second office based in Melbourne’s CBD.

To date Baycrown have sold properties to everyday people all over Australia and to overseas clients. The future holds an exciting time of evolution for Baycrown as we continue to expand into new areas and designs as well as a management operation to provide our clients with a complete package of service.
